Dr. Shulman cares for patients with Parkinson’s disease and related conditions on Thursday afternoons in the Baylor Parkinson’s Disease Center and Movement Disorders Clinic. The clinic is located at Suite 1801, Smith Tower, 6550 Fannin St., Houston, TX 77030.  Appointments can be made by calling (713) 798-7438.  Patients with Alzheimer’s disease and related cognitive disorders are referred to the Baylor Alzheimer’s Disease and Memory Disorders Center, located at 1977 Butler Blvd., Suite E5.101, Houston, TX 77030, (713) 798-4734.
